Pat and his team did a great job. They came out and educated us on our boiler system and provides 3 options for a solution to solve the hot water issue. Once we decided they came out shortly after and fixed it and now I have perfectly running hot water. We are beyond grateful for DiRocco Services

I called DiRocco because the expansion tank and some of the fittings for my gas boiler were needing replacement. Pat was quick to respond and schedule an appointment. The 2 employees that arrived were courteous and kept me informed as to the work they were doing. Once they were finished they advised me to call in the fall to have the glycol antifreeze added to my system as I have an air handler in my attic. In November I called Pat and he was quick to schedule an appointment. This time Pat and an apprentice arrived and completed the work in under an hour. I will use DiRocco when I replace my aging Weil McLain boiler this summer.

I received a quote from another plumbing company thinking it would be reasonable. I received a quote from that company of $1799.00 for the work. I thought the price was way to high but I went with it because I’m selling my house and want everything to be done correctly. I had a bathroom shower valve that wasn’t working and he said he had to go through the closet to get to the pipes so the job would take 4-5 hours to replace the diverter. The next day I went online to get another price for the job and although I’ve never used them before I gave DiRocco a call.I explained my situation to the owner and he said send me pictures of the shower and the closet and he would get back to me. He called back and said they don’t make that shower diverter anymore but he could replace the whole thing for $1150!! I never told him the price from the first guy so I asked him when he could do that and he said probably today. I said you’re hired. 2 young guys came an hour later…. one plumber and I one plumbers helper… it took them approximately 2 hours. ALWAYS get a second price. That call saved me $600!!!

Dirocco plumbing was able to help me with my boiler problem within a few minutes from the time I called. Very considerate and reasonable price. I would recommend them any day.
